Captain’s Log

The crew was in good spirits today, despite the subzero temperatures. The youngest especially enjoyed her hike up the Peaks this morning. I found her whining and complaining down at least 10% from last time. Progress.

Number 2 and I hadn’t heard much from the oldest member of our team, he was mysteriously MIA. We went in search of him and we were certain he would be into some sort of mischief. Sadly, we are disappointed to report we found he was doing his science homework. I will have to make a note in his personal file.

After a much-needed nap, I decided to take more much needed time to myself and had a bath. Midday tubs are my new favorite thing! It’s my recommendation to all fellow Captains that you do this as often as possible.

Number 2 did some recon work this afternoon, took down terrorists, and saved the world. He truly is an asset to this team, don’t know what this motley crew would do without him. Extra shit tickets for him!
