Captain’s log

Today I began the trial phases of not drinking during the week.

Today’s test failed, and wine was consumed at 4:45 pm. However, I believe I have pinpointed where I went wrong.

I hypothesize that if I tweak the conditions for tomorrow’s testing by removing a couple key triggers, such as teenage attitude, I will see more success.

Number 2 isn’t so positive.
