Captain’s Log


There are those who call it passive aggressiveness, I, however, prefer to call it gentle nudging.



Like today when Number 2 put his empty beer can on the counter. I said In my best Mary Poppins voice; “ just to let you know, I’ve put the recycling bin on the back deck.” As opposed to my daemonic head-spinning voice hollering “ it doesn’t belong there”

This led him to collect his can and put it away and I less likely to commit a crime.
